‘They Crush Beetles Don’t They’
Created in disdain at they way society is being hijacked by corporations greeds ,, paid for by the greater austerity of humanity around the world.
Dancing, as in previous depressions, for money, Dancing ,today , to the tune of todays society, dancing its tune to the wants of profit and money, never ending dancing, getting no where,, jittering , suffering to the tune of finance, ever dancing , working, faster for, longer for,the corporations need.
A Society held to ransom by corporations needs , political greeds , enforced with judicial deeds.
My contribution to the anti’austerity movement,,,,
,,,, jittering like bugs ever faster, dancing ever longer to the tune of profit, money and corporations needs,,,,

‘They shoot horses don’t they’ ,
written in 1935 by Horace Andy , later made into a film , about the great dance marathons of the depression, endurance competitions , to win money , often lasting weeks, at which people paid to watch the event, extreme exhaustion and even fatalities were not uncommon.
